L’accettazione dell’ordine del Cliente viene confermata mediante email ed è subordinata alla disponibilità del prodotto.
Uso del servizio di e-commerce
Per garantire la massima sicurezza di protezione dei dati la procedura di acquisto e di pagamento il sito www.designdot.it si affida al servizio della società PayPal Inc.
Procedura di scelta del prodotto:
ogni prodotto presente nella pagina di acquisto online è collegato con un bottone “PAGA ADESSO” che carica il prodotto scelto nella scheda d’acquisto. Tale procedura deve essere ripetuta per ogni prodotto che si intende acquistare.
Procedura di acquisto:
cliccando sul pulsante “paga adesso” inizia la procedura di ordine. Nella fase successiva “I tuoi dati” vengono riproposti i dati del Cliente validi per il pagamento. In questa fase è possibile scegliere il metodo di pagamento fra PayPal (per clienti registrati) o con carta di credito.
Conclusione del contratto:
Il contratto di acquisto si intende concluso con l’accettazione dell’ordine del Cliente da parte di PayPal per DOT/Alberto Caramello. L’accettazione viene espressa mediante conferma spedita all’indirizzo di posta elettronica indicato dal Cliente. Il messaggio di conferma riporterà data e ora di esecuzione dell’ordine e un ‘Numero Ordine Cliente’, da utilizzarsi per ogni ulteriore comunicazione con DOT/Alberto Caramello. Il messaggio ripropone tutti i dati inseriti dal Cliente che si impegna a verificarne la correttezza e a comunicare tempestivamente eventuali correzioni. Il Cliente, conclusasi la procedura d’acquisto online, provvederà a stampare o salvare copia elettronica del proprio ordine e della relativa conferma e comunque conservare le vigenti condizioni generali di vendita. La fattura verrà inclusa nell’ordine.
Prezzi
I prodotti verranno venduti ai prezzi di listino in vigore all’atto dell’ordine da parte del Cliente. I prezzi si intendono comprensivi di IVA e comprensivi delle spese di consegna. I prezzi possono subire variazioni anche senza preavviso.
Tempi di consegna
Tutti i prodotti a marchio DOT fanno parte di una produzione limitata. I tempi di consegna sono fissati in 12 giorni lavorativi. Se non c’è disponibilità di prodotto viene data comunicazione all’acquirente a seguito dell’ordine.
Spedizione
DOT/Alberto Caramello utilizza per la spedizione la Società di trasporti Poste Italiane.

Se nel momento della consegna, il titolare dell’ordine non è presente nell’indirizzo indicato, la compagnia di trasporti lascerà un avviso. Non è possibile controllare l’interno del pacco alla consegna, ma qualora il Cliente riscontrasse anomalie (scatola aperta o vistosamente danneggiata), potrà rifiutare la consegna indicandone il motivo. Dovrà successivamente contattare DOT/Alberto Caramello alla email info@designdot.it descrivendo il motivo del rifiuto. Qualora il pacco risultasse danneggiato dal trasporto ma venisse comunque accettato, Alberto Caramello non si ritiene responsabile dei danni posteriormente reclamati dal Cliente, dato che il ritiro dell’ordine è stato attestato integro.
Privacy
I dati forniti dal Cliente al momento dell’acquisto saranno utilizzati esclusivamente per le comunicazioni necessarie alla spedizione del prodotto e alla spedizione stessa. Responsabile del trattamento dei dati è Alberto Caramello.
Reclami
Ogni eventuale reclamo dovrà essere rivolto, entro 10 giorni dalla ricezione del prodotto, a:

Diritto di recesso
Le vendite di prodotti via Internet sono disciplinate dal D.Lgs 206/2005 (art. 50 e succ.) che regola la materia dei contratti a distanza, cioè effettuate al di fuori dei locali commerciali.
Ai sensi dell'art. 64 D.Lgs. 206/2005 il diritto di recesso può essere esercitato dalle sole persone fisiche che agiscono per scopi estranei alla propria attività imprenditoriale o professionale.
Il valido esercizio del diritto di recesso è condizionato all'invio di una lettera raccomandata A/R entro dieci giorni lavorativi dalla data di consegna della merce al seguente indirizzo:

La comunicazione potrà essere anticipata entro lo stesso termine, tramite posta elettronica, telegramma o telefono, a condizione che sia confermata mediante raccomandata A/R entro le 48 ore successive. Detta comunicazione dovrà indicare chiaramente la volontà di recedere dall'acquisto dei prodotti che dovranno essere identificati con precisione, e ad essa dovrà essere allegata copia della fattura di acquisto nonché il codice dell'articolo. In caso di recesso, anche soltanto parziale, il Cliente dovrà indicare le coordinate bancarie (IBAN) su cui effettuare il bonifico; Numero di Conto Corrente; intestatario del conto corrente; numero della fattura.
In caso di recesso, il Cliente dovrà provvedere alla restituzione a proprie spese della merce con spedizione al seguente indirizzo:

La sostanziale integrità del bene oggetto di restituzione è condizione essenziale per l'esercizio del diritto di recesso: il bene in relazione al quale è stato esercitato il diritto di recesso dovrà pertanto essere in buono stato di conservazione (custodito ed eventualmente adoperato con l'uso della normale diligenza).
Inoltre, il prodotto deve essere restituito completo di pertinenze ed accessori all'interno dell'imballo originale e protetto accuratamente per evitare qualsiasi danneggiamento, scritta o alterazione.
L'inosservanza delle modalità prescritte consentirà a DOT/Alberto Caramello di rifiutare la merce restituita dal Cliente.
In caso di valido esercizio del diritto di recesso, DOT/Alberto Caramello provvederà a rimborsare il prezzo d'acquisto nel più breve tempo possibile, e comunque entro 30 giorni dalla data in cui DOT/Alberto Caramello ha avuto notizia dell'esercizio del diritto di recesso. Rimangono pertanto escluse dal diritto di recesso le spese di restituzione del bene, che sono a carico del Cliente (ai sensi dell'art. 67 co. 3 D.Lgs. n. 206/2005) |

Basic characteristics of the service
The acceptance of customer orders is confirmed via e-mail and is subject to availability of the product.
Use of the e-commerce service
To guarantee the utmost security of your data, the purchase and payment procedure used on the website www.designdot.it is provided by PayPal Inc.
Choosing the product:
Every product available for on-line purchase is linked to a “PAY NOW” button which transfers the product chosen to the purchase list. This procedure must be repeated for every product you wish to purchase.
Purchase procedure:
Click the “pay now” button to initiate the order procedure. The next phase, “Your details” presents the customer’s details used for the payment. In this phase it is possible to choose the payment method, via PayPal (for registered customers) or credit card.
Completion of the agreement:
The purchase agreement is completed with the acceptance of the customer’s order by PayPal for DOT/Alberto Caramello. Acceptance is expressed with confirmation sent to the e-mail address indicated by the customer. The confirmation message will bear the date and time of order fulfilment and a “Customer Order Number”, to be used in all further correspondence with DOT/Alberto Caramello. The message lists all the details entered by the customer, who undertakes to check that they are correct and to promptly return any corrections. After completing the on-line purchase procedure, the customer should print or save an electronic copy of the order and relative confirmation, retaining a copy of the general sales conditions in force. The invoice will be sent with the order.
Prices
The products will be sold at the list prices current at the time the customer places the order. The prices are inclusive of VAT and delivery costs. The prices may be subject to alteration without prior notice.
Delivery times
All DOT products are part of a limited production. They will be delivered within 12 business days. If the product is unavailable, the customer will be informed following placement of the order.

If the customer is not at the address indicated when the order is delivered, the carrier will leave a card. It is not possible to check the contents of the parcel upon receipt of delivery, but should the customer notice anomalies (the box has been opened or visibly damaged), he/she may decide not to accept delivery, indicating the reason. The customer must then contact DOT/Alberto Caramello by e-mail at info@designdot.it describing the reason for non-acceptance. Should the parcel have been damaged during transport but accepted nonetheless, Alberto Caramello cannot be held responsible for damages reported subsequently by the customer, given that the order has been accepted.
Privacy
The details supplied by the customer at the time of purchase will be used exclusively for correspondence relating to the delivery of the product. The manager of the data processing service is Alberto Caramello.

Withdrawal right
Internet sales are regulated by Legislative decree 206/2005, which regulates long-distance agreements conducted outside of commercial remises.
In compliance with art. 64 of Legislative 206/2005, the withdrawal right can be exercised by physical persons only acting for purposes outside their business or professional activity.
The valid exercise of the withdrawal right is conditional to sending a letter, by registered post with notification of receipt, within ten business days of the date of delivery of the goods to the following address:

The communication may be forwarded, within the same term, by e-mail, telegram or telephone, as long as it is confirmed in a letter, sent by registered post with notification of receipt, within the following 48 hours. Said communication must clearly indicate the desire to withdraw from the purchase of the products which must be precisely identified, and must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice as well as the item code. In the event of withdrawal, including partial withdrawal, the customer must indicate the bank coordinates (IBAN) for payment; current account number; holder of the current account; invoice number.

The substantial integrity of the of the good returned is an essential condition for the exercise of the withdrawal right: the goods for which the withdrawal right has been exercised must be in perfect condition (having been kept and, where pertinent, used with normal diligence).
Moreover, the product must be returned complete with the accompaniments and accessories included in the original packing and carefully protected to avoid being damaged, written on or altered.
Failure to observe the above will entitle DOT/Alberto Caramello to reject the goods returned by the customer.
In the event of valid exercise of the withdrawal right DOT/Alberto Caramello will reimburse the purchase price as soon as possible, at least within 30 days of the date on which DOT/Alberto Caramello has been notified of the exercise of the withdrawal right.
